RaceFlow Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-31

RaceFlow does not send personal information or workout data to Team Baba or advertising and analytics providers.

Workout plans, settings, active workout information and history are stored locally on the user’s devices. The Apple Watch app uses Apple Health (HealthKit), with the user’s authorization, to run workouts and access available workout measurements.

Workout configuration, state and results are exchanged between the user’s paired Apple Watch and iPhone to provide RaceFlow features. No account, Team Baba server, advertising, analytics or tracking SDK is used.

1. Personal Information Collection

RaceFlow does not request a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, payment information or advertising identifier through an account. With authorization, the Watch app processes workout and health measurements on the user’s devices as described below. Team Baba does not receive those records.

The app does not provide account registration or login. Team Baba therefore does not create or maintain a user profile for RaceFlow.

2. Data Stored Locally on the Device

RaceFlow stores only the information needed to operate the app on the user's device. This local app data is not transmitted to or accessible by Team Baba.

Local workout data can be removed using RaceFlow’s workout-data reset controls. Settings can be reset separately. Restorable example records are fictional and labeled as samples.

3. Server, Network, and Third-Party Services

RaceFlow does not upload workout plans, settings, or workout history to a Team Baba server or cloud database.

The current version does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party data-collection services.

RaceFlow uses Apple’s paired-device communication to exchange workout configuration, active workout state and results between the user’s iPhone and Apple Watch. This exchange does not upload the information to Team Baba.

4. Health and Sensor Information

When the user starts a workout with Apple Watch, RaceFlow requests permission to save workouts to Apple Health. Depending on enabled metrics, it also requests access to heart rate, active energy and walking/running distance. These measurements support the workout display and saved session results; pace is derived from available distance and time.

Availability depends on device support, user permissions and sensors. Missing measurements remain unavailable, and repetition targets are not treated as measured repetitions. Health and workout information is not sent to Team Baba, sold, used for advertising or used for cross-app tracking. The user can manage Health permissions in Apple’s Health and device settings.

5. Sharing, Sale, Advertising, and Tracking

Team Baba does not receive, share or sell the health information and workout records processed locally by RaceFlow.

RaceFlow does not use locally stored data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

6. Retention and Deletion

Team Baba does not retain RaceFlow data because the app does not send that data to Team Baba.

RaceFlow workout records can be removed using the app’s workout-data reset controls, and settings can be reset separately. Fully deleting the app removes its local app storage; offloading the app is different and may retain data. Workout records saved in Apple Health are managed and deleted separately in Apple Health. Any operating-system backups are managed through the applicable Apple settings. RaceFlow has no account, so no account-deletion request is required.

7. Future Platform or Feature Changes

Android support is planned as a future platform expansion. This privacy policy will be reviewed and updated before an Android version or any feature that changes data handling is released.

If a future version changes server collection, accounts, cloud synchronization, analytics, advertising, HealthKit use or another data-processing feature, Team Baba will update this policy and the applicable store disclosure before release.

8. User-Initiated Support and Contact

RaceFlow does not collect an email address through the app. If a user voluntarily contacts Team Baba by email, Team Baba receives only the information the user chooses to include in that message.

Information provided in a user-initiated support email is used only to review and respond to the inquiry.
